    Order Information

    How will I be updated on the status of my order?

    After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. You can also log into your member account to see order details and fulfillment status.

    You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will be followed by a second email containing a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

    What forms of Payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  We also accept JCB and Diner's Club cards. If you prefer not to pay with a credit card you can pay using your PayPal account.

    How is sales tax determined?

    We are required by law to collect a 6% sales tax on all orders if the customer lives in Kentucky. Orders placed by customers living outside of Kentucky will not be required to pay sales tax.


    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return Policy?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly issue you a refund for the value of the merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise being returned must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise returned after 60 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of store credit. No exchanges or store credit will be issued after 120 days. For more information please see Shipping and Returns.

    How do I make a return or exchange?

    Returns or exchanges must be made by mailed. Please include your receipt and the Return and Exchange Form with your merchandise. Mail your return to:

    How do I return a Gift?

    Returning a gift is easy. Simply mark on the Return and Exchange Form that the merchandise you are returning is a gift. After processing the return we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. You can also exchange you gift for a different item(s).


    How much is Shipping?

    Zokee offers free shipping on all order over $50. A flat shipping rate will be applied to all orders under $50. If you live in the state of Kentucky your flat shipping rate will be $3.99 on all orders. If you reside outside of Kentucky you can find your flat shipping rate here.  All shipping charges will be calculated prior to payment.

    Will I be able to track my order?

    Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24- 48 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us at

    I haven’t received a tracking number?

    Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact customer service at

    Same Day Local Delivery

    What is Same Day Local Delivery and who is eligible.

    Zokee offers same day local delivery on all in-stock items for Members that live in Fayette County.  If your order is placed by 3 pm, your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep by 8 pm the same day!

    Zokee also offers free pickup services for returns and exchanges for Zokee Members that live in Fayette County. Simply contact us at and will pick up your return or exchange your item for FREE!

    How can I become a Zokee Member?

    Becoming a Member is FREE and only takes a few seconds. As a member you will receive 20% off your next purchase and receive member only discounts and offers.  You can become a Zokee Member by registering here.

    Why am I not able to log into my account?

    If you have not logged into your account in the past 18 months it will no longer be active and you will need to create a new account. Remember, usernames, email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. You can reset your password at the member login page.  Click on “forgot my password” located under the member login and we will send you an email with instruction on how to reset your password.

    How can I receive special offers from Zokee?

    If you would like to receive discounts and special offers from Zokee,  you can sign up as a member here, or follow us on Facebook, twitter and google+. 

    How can I use a coupon code?

    Coupons are redeemed at checkout. Discounts or adjustments will be made to your shopping cart before you are required to provide payment information. Coupons are only valid while supplies last and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. Zokee reserves the right to revoke any coupon or offer at its discretion.

    Gift Cards

    Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, you can purchase an eGift Card in increments of $10, $25, $50 and $100. eGift Cards are sent via email and are redeemed at checkout by inputting a specific eGift  Card code.  You can purchase an eGift Card here.

    I received an eGift Card. How can I use it?

    eGift cards are redeemed at checkout. Simply enter your eGift Card code into the appropriate field during checkout and the amount will be deducted from your order total. Your eGift Card code will remain valid until a zero balance is reached on the Card.
